Made By Lex is jewellery inspired by nature.  Each piece is handcrafted by Vancouverite Alexia Bryson. Like pebbles on a beach or leaves on a tree, no two pieces are the same.

About the Artist

Alexia Bryson grew up exploring the forests of Vancouver Island, appreciating the forms and textures of her surroundings. Observation turned to passion and the pursuit of a geology career. After graduating from UBC, she worked as a field geologist in Alaska, northern BC and Arizona. Although Alexia has a scientific mind, she finds pleasure in creating art to share with family and friends.

A few years ago, Alexia completed the Jewellery Art and Design program at Vancouver Community College. Her jewellery is inspired by the details in nature she enjoyed as a child and sought out as a geologist. Art is a form of healing and expression for Alexia. She hopes you feel a sense of peacefulness while wearing her pieces.
